DUNROAMIN, CAMP DUNROAMIN, WHERE THE CHOCTAWS, CHICKASAWS AND CHEROKEES PLAY....AND WE HAVE A LOT OF FUN EVERY NIGHT AND DAY.......AND DEVELOP HABITS THAT FOLLOW US INTO OLD AGE.....
Looking through some old photos....this one from Summer Camp, during the summer of 1956.......The Camp's directors, Havelon and Jerry were ex-vaudevillians.....Jerry looked like Joe Biden did, when he was VP......Perhaps, fond memories of the super-cool Jerry, with his monocle on a cord, and thinning white hair, established a mindset that would, later, see Joe Biden as a Leader.....Their Camp had a big bronze bell that rang for meals, morning flashlight inspections for clean fingernails and combed hair and clean attire....Now, I am fastidious about 'nail care'..if not so much about hair...and have a large bronze Tibetan bell hanging by my back door, rather than a push-button 'door bell'.......More 'associational psychology' at work! And, I ring the bell before meals, even today......I was just thinking of those 'Skinner' experiments with mice/rats/dogs/cats that I studied during experimental psychology classes during College......All, "CONN...
